Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present 6 to 7 p.m, and a prayer service at 7 p.m, at the funeral home.Herman was born Oct. 11, 1920 in Lincoln, Neb, the son of Jacob and Mary (Muhl) Felsing.He married Marjorie McLarty on April 3, 1943 in Sioux City. Herman worked for Sioux Tools as a shipping foreman for over 40 years.Herman was an active member of Bethany Lutheran Church, and was one of the pioneering members when the church was started. In his free time, he loved to bowl and work in the yard, but most of all, Herman loved to spend time with his family.
