Obituary taken from the Wednesday, October 22, 2014 edition of the Manteca Bulletin, Manteca, San Joaquin County, CA, USA: Judith Lynn Kuhn (Judy), age 65, of Manteca, Ca., passed away in her home Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2014. Judy was born in Oakland, Ca., on March 25, 1949. She was the daughter to the late Leola Daisy Kuhn and Henry Kuhn. Survivors in addition to her devoted husband, George Medeiros Jr., include her beloved children: George Medeiros III, Sheri Medeiros, and Joey Medeiros. She was the proud grandmother of six grandchildren and five great grandchildren and is also survived by her sister, Sandy Machesky, many nieces, nephews, and countless friends, including her best friend and beloved dog, Bugsy. She was a homemaker and liked to sew, loved crossword puzzles, and was an avid reader. She had many hobbies, including collecting stamps. Her favorite holiday was Halloween and she loved haunted houses. But what she loved more than anything was being a grandma and spending time with her six grandchildren. She spent most of her life in Northern California, but loved visiting her parents and extended family members in Oregon. Her services are to be held at Park View Cemetery and Funeral Home in Manteca, on Friday, Oct. 24, 2014, at 2 p.m.
