  She was born on March 9, 1945 in Orem , Utah to Marion R. Webster and Freeborn "Jack" Losee Merrill. She moved to Salt Lake when she was eight years old and graduated from Granite high in 1964. She married the love of her life Robert Balderas, on June 28th, 1965 in the Salt Lake Temple. Together they raised three wonderful children, James, Stephen and Marianne. She graduated from Beauty school in 1966, and enjoyed styling women's hair. She retired from the Utah State Tax Commission in 2006. She had a passion for sewing and making quilts and going to yard sales. She was active in the Boy Scouts and earned the Silver Beaver Award. She loved to be around children, especially in her later years, spending much of her time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be deeply missed by all.
